Well at Sparklefairy we have decided to have a Weight loss workshop! Reason being, its easy to sit and read books on weight loss all day long but sometimes we just need some drive and motivation from someone who knows what they are talking about!
Each client that comes along on this workshop receives the following:

At our Weight loss mini workshop we are offering OPEN FORUM and advice on:

- The best weight loss products on the market, (and cover those that are a complete waste of time)?
- Holistic treatments to help support weight loss, exercise suggestions, diets, what’s good what’s not?
- What’s stopping you from losing the weight?
- Whether it’s mental blockage or physical?
- Nutrition advice? Fitness/exercise advice?
Find a buddy who wants to lose the weight together and motivate each other?
Light refreshments included! Wayne Lambert will be running the workshop alongside Sparkle. Wayne uses his spare time helping people lose weight and donates any profits to various charities. He is an ACSM Certified Health Fitness Specialist, an Advanced Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, Master Life Coach and Ex British Royal Marine Commando. He is also C.E.O & Founder of – Whole Body Workshop (www.wholebodyworkshop.com) and Weight Loss Dubai (www.weightlossdubai.com) So he sure knows his stuff!
