QWhere do you get your crystals?

AI am proud to say that i have a wonderful team of international suppliers whom i purchase my crystals and fossils from with guaranteed satisfaction. My aim is to make a full range of crystals & fossils available in Dubai. I will soon have premises where the products can also be viewed, but for now they are available online, as i type this the items are being uploaded and will take time to get the bulk online and available to purchase, but in the meantime you can contact me if there is something you like but cant see.

QWhats the delivery procedures, i live in Dubai?

I courier all items and sometimes hand deliver in Dubai personally, whether that be your home or office,  i usually do my deliveries Tuesdays between 2pm and 5pm.

I also can meet you anywhere (realistically) in Dubai to give you the items, i am out and about most weekends making this easy to meet up.

I do Arte most months, so Festival City and Times Square is also an option on those days to collect and see what other stock i have.

I can usually accommodate your delivery requirements.

QWhy do some of the product prices vary from country to country?

AIf you have any confusion about this you can contact me first, but in Dubai the items may cost more due to import fees, and the exchange rate and other factors can contribute to price variation. Again, any confusion email me prior to the order.

QWill you give me a discount if i order a few items because i want to order lots for wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts etc ?

AI often give free gifts to big orders, but to bulk orders, yes i can offer discount. Again email me the order direct and then i will see what i can do.

QAre the items exactly the same as on the photo?

I try to make the crafts as near as possible but the fairy/angel bracelets are unique and i don’t make any identical so they will differ.

The crystals and fossils i stock in quantities, so again each item may differ slightly in size weight shape and colour, but again i do try to make sure each item is very similar.

QI am not sure which crystal i need, can you help me ?

AYes, i offer free online consultations. Just send me an email via the contact form.

QThere is a special crystal or item i want but i cant see it on your website, can you help?

AYes, send me the details and chances are i will have it ((not all my products are uploaded yet)) If i don’t have it, i can get it quickly as i receive my orders very often.

QWhere can i see your products?

AI do Arte, every month (www.Arte.ae), and shortly i will be having premises so you can view them on display, in the meantime you can see them on this website (although still uploading many items) or contact me to schedule a private viewing.

QDo you custom make items?

AOnce upon a time, i stopped custom making as it took up too much of my time, however since i get so many requests i decided to custom make again, just email me your requirements.

QI saw someone copying your ideas, and also using your brand what shall i do?

AI am in process of legally copyrighting my brand and items, i take it as a compliment if someone copies my ideas, however can be frustrating as it takes me a lot of hard work and effort to come up with my ideas, my website style, articles etc, i do wish people would use their own imagination.

QI read somewhere in an Article that you are a NLP life coach, Crystal Therapist , Reiki Master and many other things? Is that true? Can i book in with you for a treatment in?
